Relentless are a couple of bros from the Bay Area who know how to throw down a smooth Electronica track. I wouldn’t consider their stuff as something I would “throw in a set”, but it’s definitely music that I can listen to while trying to “do work”. One of the reasons why I love Techno and Minimal so much is the fact that there is always something going on, regardless of how minute the thing may be. Relentless seem to have fused that thinking with a more playful, electronic sound; IE – A lighter Crystal Method (hated their newest album, fyi). I feel like these will be hit or miss with some of you, don’t hate me if you hate it.
