I’ve been really into Phoenix lately. I heard “If I Ever Feel Better” at the end of last weeks Entourage episode, and since then I’ve bought their “United” and “It’s Never Been Like That” album’s, both of which are quite enjoyable. Thomas Mars’ voice precariously floats over a foundation of music that pretty much defines the word “solidarity”, aka its money.
Their newest track,”Twenty One One Zero”, is mainly an instrumental and is being distributed for free via the Cartier site (or snag it here). It seems that French Fashion and French Music just can’t be separated!

I liked it, but it was a strange like.. something akin to once in a while to really relax and go to sleep to.
