Rocksteady

This May, Los Angeles based music producer Atlantic Connection drops his debut album on his own independent label, Westbay Recordings. Aside from this hot ass LA Riots remix, his album consists of tracks ranging from future hip-hop all to soul, and then all the way back around to dance. It usually takes some pretty serious production to sway me from my dance likings, but something about this dude has my ear open.

After the sampler was over I ventured over to AC’s myspace to hit up some more of his tunes. Some other beats I was getting into were “Around The World”, “Can’t Destroy Love” and “Touch This”. I decided to throw the remix up because LA Riots just fit the bill for the blog, hip-hop and all that isn’t really my bag, but either way, if you want to hear some solid beats you should check out his myspace page.
